    Conner Rowe

Coach Cochran started working with my son Connor the spring before his sophomore year. Connor already had arm strength, but was relying too much on that arm strength to throw the ball. Coach knew that this would only lead to injury at some point. He started by focusing on foot work and leg work, improving his drop and set up, but more importantly working on his stride to start to generate more power from his lower body. Coach recognized that Connor was too tight in the hips and that limited his throwing motion. He incorporated a number of exercises both during training sessions and for use at home to improve hip flexibility. Coach C was always working-in new training tools and drills, constantly challenging him. Connor continued progressing getting stronger and more flexible. Distance and accuracy both improved considerably. We knew he was on the right track when the ball started to whistle coming out of his hand, and the receivers had a hard time holding on!
There is no doubt that Coach Cochran’s training methods and teaching significantly impacted and improved Connor’s development. He addressed every element required to be a successful QB and included both the physical and mental aspects. He always kept him thinking while he was training. What is the coverage? What are your reads? Where are the opportunities?
With Coach’s tutelage Connor enjoyed a very successful High School career (16-5 as a varsity starter) and was rewarded with a Division 1 Scholarship offer to play at Bryant University. We can’t thank you enough Coach for all you have done!

    Masuk High School

We had what we thought was a great summer lifting and conditioning program. What we had was kids just going through drills, the “Program” and Jack Cochran initiated a whole new regimen working on speed, agility and conditioning. His program turned each drill and each day into a competitive situation. Our kids stop thinking about conditioning and started competing against each other. It was our best summer ever.
The “Program’s” winter lifting program was intense, precise and thorough. It came with individual lifting cards and the corresponding charts to follow. It was the best lifting program I’ve seen in 20 plus years of coaching. Our kids have never made the gains like they did on this program. We trained hard and we trained for football.
Maximizing your practice time maybe the most important thing in high school football. The “Program” helped us eliminate down time and maximize quality reps as it organized our practice time to the fullest.

    Berlin High School

Berlin High School Wins its 1st State Championship in School History with an impressive 46 – 6 victory over Bethel on Sunday December 6th. The Berlin Defense was the key to the victory holding Bethel’s daunting Spread Option Running Attack to 6 points. Bethel’s Run Game was nonexistent as its Top Rusher Pete Gallagher who averaged over 135 yards per game was held to under 25 yards. The Berlin Defense was absolutely dominant on the Day. The Defensive Game Plan was developed and installed for the Berlin coaching staff by The Program’s – Jack Cochran

Jack Cochran is a top-notch football consultant. I’ve learned more from him in one season than all of the clinics I have been to and all of the videos I purchased. I coach at a school that has historically struggled, especially defensively. In short 15 minute conversations over the phone throughout the season he solved many of the problems we faced in trying to defend our opponents. In the biggest win of our program Jack viewed Stratford High School on film and concocted a defensive scheme where we absolutely dominated our opponent defensively. We were outmanned by numbers and athletes, but it was our defense that won us the game. This was no ordinary opponent either. They used multiple formations and had advantages at every skill position and dominated us in size, strength and speed. He developed a scheme that was complex and multiple; however, he put it together in a way which made it easy for me to teach to my coaches and it was a breeze installing it with our players. We always had an extra defender at the point of attack that was unblocked or had a player coming free on a blitz. By the end of the week our defense had an aura of confidence that had always been missing. This win over Stratford went a long way in validating our program and gave the kids a real sense of success for the first time. Jack has also helped me in every phase of football – strength training, offense, defense, and special teams. You name it; his advice will instantly make your program better. Through Jack’s tutelage he has helped Weston Football to hang tough against far bigger and more athletic teams. Weston’s game plans for the 2011 season excluding the Masuk Game were done in conjunction with Jack Cochran / The Program.
